Meet OWON at EquipHotel Paris 2026 — Stand P7.3-F099

Planning to visit EquipHotel Paris (2-5 November 2026)? Bring three things about your property to stand P7.3-F099 and we can put a guest-room device list together while you are standing there.

Meet OWON at EquipHotel Paris 2026 — Stand P7.3-F099

EquipHotel Paris runs 2-5 November 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. OWON exhibits on stand P7.3-F099.

This is not a catalogue page — it is a short guide to getting something useful out of the visit, whether you are refurbishing one property or specifying a group.

Bring three things and leave with a device list

Hotel conversations go nowhere when they stay abstract. If you bring these three, we can work through your rooms at the stand:

  1. Room count and room types — how many keys, and whether they differ (standard, suite, accessible).
  2. The HVAC in those rooms — fan-coil unit, split A/C, boiler and radiators, or a mix.
  3. What is installed today — a wired BMS, standalone thermostats, or nothing yet.

With those three answers the rest is arithmetic: which sensor goes in which room, whether metering is per room, per floor or per building, and how many gateways a property of that shape needs.

What actually happens at the stand

  • Devices out of the box — the room hardware physically there, not photographs of it.
  • Placement and wiring questions — where a sensor goes, what a thermostat needs at the wall, how a gateway is powered and connected.
  • Datasheets on the spot — the technical documents for whatever you are looking at.
  • Rough quantities — not a formal quotation, but enough to sanity-check a budget.

If you are at the specification stage rather than the buying stage, that is fine too — most useful conversations at this show start with “we are planning to replace X”.

Three questions worth asking any hotel IoT supplier

Including us. They separate hardware that survives a hotel from hardware that survives a demo:

  1. What happens when the server is unreachable? A room must still heat, cool and light when the network or the cloud is down.
  2. Is there a device-level interface, or only a dashboard? If you can only read data inside the vendor’s own application, your platform is not really yours.
  3. Can third-party devices join the same network? Rooms fill up with equipment from different suppliers over a building’s life.

We are happy to be asked all three at the stand, and to show the wiring behind the answers.

If you cannot make it to Paris

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the OWON stand at EquipHotel Paris 2026?

Stand P7.3-F099, EquipHotel Paris, 2-5 November 2026, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The exhibitor listing appears under Xiamen OWON Technology Co., Ltd.

What should I bring to the stand?

Three things — the number and types of rooms, the HVAC system in those rooms (fan coil, split A/C, boiler or radiator), and what is installed there today. With those we can put a device list together at the stand instead of exchanging emails afterwards.

Is the stand useful if I only operate one property?

Yes. The same hardware serves a 40-room independent hotel and a multi-property group; what changes is the quantity and whether you meter per room, per floor or per building.

I am a system integrator, not a hotelier. Is it worth visiting?

Yes — the devices are supplied with an open interface, so integrators usually come with a platform question rather than a procurement question. Bring the platform you build on and we will go through how the devices fit it.

Can I get datasheets or a quotation if I cannot attend?

Yes. Email info@owon-iot.com or message +86 186 5013 9895 with the property type and the system you are replacing, and we will send the relevant datasheets and a device list.
